Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability of Terms: These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales and services provided by Urban Harvest. Any exceptions or modifications must be agreed upon in writing.
   
2. Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 21 business days. Late payments may incur an interest charge of 10% of the outstanding balance, and Urban Harvest reserves the right to suspend service or delivery until full payment is received.
3. Outstanding Payments:  In cases where payment is overdue by more than 60 days, Urban Harvest may engage a collection agency. All associated costs will be borne by the client.
4. Product and Service Warranty:  Urban Harvest endeavors to deliver products and services as described. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of fresh produce. Urban Harvest is not liable for discrepancies once products leave our care unless documented issues are communicated within 24 hours.
5. Limitations of Liability:  Urban Harvest’s liability for damages will be limited to the amount paid by the client. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law:  These Terms and Conditions are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Iligan City.
7. Changes to Terms:  Urban Harvest reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients are encouraged to review terms regularly.
